Setup
Live in an afternoon. Useful on the first duty.
Phirti is a company workspace. One owner creates it, invites the team, and field staff start duty from their phones. Supervisors watch the web.
Create the company — or join one
Owner: company short name, business name, logo. Then choose Free (3 trial duties per person) or Premium. Everyone else: paste the join code / link and set a display name.
Invite the team
From Members: pick contacts, send SMS, or share the code. Assign Supervisor to anyone who should see the live map and approve expenses.
Turn on the rules that matter
Set duty auto-end (Premium). If you reimburse travel, enable expenses: home PIN, radius, ₹/km, and how long after duty staff can still add bills.
First duty from the phone
Member taps Start duty, allows location (all the time while on duty), works the day, check-ins with photos, ends duty — or waits for auto-end. Supervisor opens the web overview and watches the pin move.
Close the day with a log
Duty log and attendance are already filled from GPS and check-ins. Export PDF / Excel, or schedule the report to land in accounts’ inbox every morning.
Who does what
Three roles. Clear permissions.
Owner
Runs the company
Billing and Premium, invites, roles, expense rules, auto-end time, company profile. Sees every live pin, log, meeting, and bill.
Supervisor
Runs the day
Live map, duty log, attendance, meetings calendar, expense approval. Cannot change billing or destroy the workspace.
Member
Runs the field
Own duty, own check-ins, assigned meetings (including OTP start), own expenses within the window. Sees own pin, not the whole team.
